Terrific post. I guess this is one of the last appearances of Gene Clark with the group. He bowed out shortly thereafter, officially attributed to a painful abces on his gums. But we all know what was really going on.
He did return for a few shows before leaving the nest for good. I have one of these shows (ohio, 10-12-1979). Does anyone have more shows of this short-lived return?
Hi Rocking B,
Thank you so much. It blows our mind. If it's not offensive and inppropriate is there a chance to get the Ohio gig as well??
Grandpa has to take no for an answer as well.
Best regards, dj and uwe
Please reload this one.
Many thanks.
Is there anyway to repost this one? and maybe the Passaic from 79 too? I was at the Omaha show a few days later .. was looking for that show .. Eric Clapton was playing at the Omaha Civic the next night and came out and did Eight Miles High with McGinn Clark and Hillman .. ultimately looking for that show .. but that prob will not happen ..
