Thanks, RB. I would think all the shows will be the same, more or less. Be good to have, regardless.
I remember that a lot of the latter Byrds concerts were often very similar too, except for the improvisations on the long Eight Miles High jam. That's to be expected--you can't be rehearsing new material all the time. This concert was, I think, originally designed for just three shows, so why not make it as organized as possible? I cannot detect any real errors in the songs, so the planning worked out fine. Of course, uploading two more concerts is more work for you, R--B, but we fans really appreciate the effort and thank you for your efforts. The only thing really missing now is the last Byrds concert in New Jersey, which I read wasn't recorded by anyone and was reportedly pretty bad anyway.
Hi Rocking-Byrd, I am a huge Byrds fan since 1967 (from Munich, Germany) and I had been following you on your "old" website some 10 yrs. ago (?} until it was taken down. Thank you for your inestimable service then and now! I am glad I discovered you're up and running, again (I just downloaded the three "sweethesrt 50th anniversary" concerts). Aah, Thanks a million, R-B, that was extremely fast. Downloaded (and listened already) to: RM & TP (Forest National, Brussels 1987): An unspeakable aural treat! Truly amazing. Gives you an idea (as many have said before) how the Byrds could have evolved and could've been. Five stars!
And RM and Marty Stuart (Library of Congress May 2017): Two friends und premier musicians AND music historians trading stories and trading licks - what more can you wish for (well maybe something like the "Sweetheart 50th Anniversary Tour"- almost too much of a treat (:-))
Anyway, R-B, thank you many times, again, for your tireless efforts to make these jewels available.

Does anyone know if David Crosby attended any of these concerts? I would guess if he had he would have been invited up to participate on the first set at least.
I think Crosby is out on tour himself promoting his excellent last lp. He was in my area recently, but I was unable to go. Wish I had, he always puts on a great show.
Crosby is currently on tour in Europe; he performed in a town at a 2 hour ride from my place two days ago but I was unable to attend.
Despite his rather difficult personality, I've always liked David Crosby as a musician. His contributions to the Byrds were crucial after Gene Clark left, and his concerts with his son were excellent.
What were the crowd sizes of these three concerts?
