Recorded
live in some radio studio sometime in 1976.
Battin and
Dryden were both members of The New Riders Of The Purple Sage in 1976.
They were
fooling around; don’t expect masterpieces.

Good thing they didn't release these. Dust My Promise is a run-of-the-mill country-rock song, while in a void has a nice piano but terrible vocal. Skip was the ideal bandmember-replacement musician. He was in the Byrds, the Burrito Brothers, and New Riders of the Purple Sage, and later with another replacement musician, John York, as a duo. Gene Parsons did the same thing for awhile.
Thanks Rocking-Byrd.
Not the greatest, but they all count!
Are you able to look at re-ups again?
All the best for the Holidays to you.
