Wow, what a great way to start the weekend! I can't wait to listen. Thanks so much for posting this show! It's possible this is from the show on Saturday November 14, 1970 at Baldwin Gym, Drew University, Madison, NJ.
Jimmi Seiter and Terry Melcher sat in with the Byrds that night and played them when the FBB came on stage. The other show from November 1970 that I can find a reference to the Byrds playing with the FBB is on Wednesday November 11, 1970 at Suffolk County Community in College, Selden, NY. That said, there is no mention of Jimmi Seiter and or Terry Melcher playing that night with the Byrds.

thank you very much ( again ! ).could this possibly be from the same weekend at The Whiskey in September that you had posted a different show ? Tried to find combined dates in Hjort's book, but he doesn't always notate them.

Haven't had a chance to listen yet, but just looking at the set lists, comparing with Drew, I don't think they are the same shows. RB had posted the complete Drew show some time back, and there's tunes on this new show not on the Drew master tape. A mystery, I guess. Dawson sure was lax in labeling his shows. On another note, have you guys seen ( and heard ) the Burritos show just posted on Dime from July 70 ? It's horrid quality, but one of GP's last shows with the band, so it's interesting in that regard. Thanks again RB for the show, and for this great forum for us Byrd nuts to discuss our favorites.

Hello Rockingbyrd and my fellow travelers. You have probably already seen this but (in the event that you haven't) here is another Flying Burrito Brothers show from a few months earlier in 1970. It is in San Antonio, Texas on June 26 at the Jam Factory."It would be one of the last Burritos with Gram Parsons gigs. By July's Canadian Festival Express tour, Gram Parsons was out. :
