This concert features the short lived first lineup of Thunderbyrd (with ex-members of The Charlie Musselwhite Blues Band, Commander Cody’s Lost Planet Airmen and John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers), and includes a lot of rarely played songs. Touring on the heels of his recent “Cardiff Rose” LP, McGuinn includes many songs from that record, as well as some not often played solo stuff.

A fine concert. I think Thunderbyrd sounds very good in this upload, and there's a variety of songs, including from his solo albums (which he should have done more of in his later concerts) and his singing is enthusiastic. It's not often we get to hear such rarities as these, so thanks once again to all involved.
