While there's nothing new or unusual here, it's a little gem nonetheless, with spirited playing and a decent collection of songs. Lover of the Bayou sounds almost as good as the Untitled live version, while I Trust sounds more soulful than on Byrdmaniax. The 3 accoustic tracks are as good as ever, and You Ain't Goin Nowhere features more 12-string interaction with Clarence than I'd heard before. Eight Miles High is an instrumental all the way through, with no sung parts (or else they got snipped out. The recorded sound quality is pretty good, but there seem to have been some problem on stage with the sound at times. All in all, a good listen from a touring band that was at its peak. Thanks to both Dave and R--B for this concert.
This one deserves a re-up, dont you think?
Thanx in advance,
KurtGS
