24kt Gold Plated Disc

Journals is a 9 CD (4 double CDs and 1 single CD) set housed in a 12” x 12” golden metallic box.

This Vol. 9 is a compilation of tracks from the 8 previous CDs.

Note: Track 18 (to 21) was originally titled “Don’t Be Long” (producer Terry Melcher refers to this title during these sessions). It was retitled “It Won’t Be Wrong” when it appeared on the “Turn Turn Turn” LP. Here, it is wrongly titled “It Won’t Be Long” (which of course is a Beatles song).

I had the same experience as Paolo above but I am so relieved that all appears to be restored.

An interesting collection--I've only kept the last one because it gives a good sample of the studio process without becoming tedious. The artwork and articles are also interesting. I much prefer the original Byrds over the Clarence White-era lineup as a studio band. Later on there wasn't much to distinguish them musically from other country-rock groups, but they were a hot live band. Thanks for providing this collection to those of us, like myself, who didn't even know it existed.
