I found this show exciting even on the earlier version, but the vastly improved sound quality of this soundboard recording reveals just how good live this group really was. I never saw this version of the Byrds live--just the John York lineup--but from the evidence of this and other recordings the later Byrds put on one hell of a good show. Definitely one of their best concert bootlegs. Thanks for sharing it.
I have to agree - this is a real treat. The sound is great, the band have an electric rejuvenated feel about them. Add to that a decent set list and you have a strong contender for one of the best Byrds concerts out there.
This Is killer Live Show!!!
Thanks!!!
