    this show is from the Berkely School of Music Performance Center in Boston: the show was broadcast on WBCN in Boston. The Performance center in Cambridge closed in 1974

    I just got my PC back from the latest service session and it's supposed to work ok, but this link doesn't work yet. I'm gonna try some other links to see if something else is wrong somewhere else. Thanks for your effort anyway RB...

    While listening to this show I noticed a couple of anomalies. Just before "You Ain't Goin' Nowhere," Gene Clark says something like "This is a great time to be playing in New York." They then thank WNEW, which was THE flagship rock station back in the day (and now sadly long gone). They also thank Pete Fornatale, who was a New York mainstay on the FM dial, at that time on WNEW and most recently at WFUV (and who also suddenly and sadly passed away about a year ago after a stroke). So while it is possible that the concert might have been broadcast on WBCN, it most likely would have been done so as a live remote out of New York. Also, the track list on the blog (which is correct) doesn't match the supplied artwork. I nosed around a bit thinking that maybe the link was criss-crossed with another show from New York, but I didn't see any other MCH postings from there. As for the show, it's a nice performance, very well recorded, and the fellows seem to be enjoying themselves a lot. Give it a listen!

    How right you are. Something must have gone wrong. This is actually MCH live at The Bottom Line in NY 1979. I'll check what happed.
